Most common cause
The command receives a library that does not exist. The text is the same as CPF2110: which of the two arrives depends on the command.
Other causes
- A CL variable holding the library name is not initialized, or has leading blanks.
How to fix it
Look at the variable's actual value (DMPCLPGM or debug) and check the library exists with WRKLIB.
