CPF9815 Member not found

Most common cause

The member given (CLRPFM, RMVM, OVRDBF with MBR) does not exist in the file.

Other causes

  • The member was created with a different name, for example with a date or suffix.
  • The file was created with MBR(*NONE).

How to fix it

List the members with DSPFD TYPE(*MBRLIST). Add the member with ADDPFM, or handle its absence with MONMSG CPF9815. If the member in the message is *N, the file has no members at all.
