Most common cause

The user lacks the authority needed on the table, view or routine.

Other causes

  • Authority is missing on the library.
  • For a logical file, authority is missing on its based-on physical files.
  • The connection uses a different profile from the one you expect (the JDBC pool user).

How to fix it

Grant authority with GRANT or GRTOBJAUT to the profile the connection really uses.
