Most common cause
The user cannot perform the operation. Each statement has its own requirement: CREATE TABLE needs *USE on the CRTPF command, CREATE VIEW and CREATE INDEX on CRTLF, CREATE SCHEMA on CRTLIB.
Other causes
- Features that require a function usage (QIBM_DB_SQLADM, QIBM_DB_SECADM) or a special authority.
How to fix it
The message names the operation: grant the profile the authority it needs, or the function usage with CHGFCNUSG.
